Workspaces and sites

Create the right project structure, invite collaborators, and choose a starting point.

Create a workspace

Your first workspace is created during onboarding. Workspace owners control billing, membership, ownership transfer, and destructive lifecycle actions.

Use a recognizable workspace name. The workspace slug appears in dashboard URLs and can be changed later by an authorized administrator.

  1. 01

    Open the workspace switcher

Choose Create workspace from the dashboard navigation.

  2. 02

    Name the workspace

Use the organization, team, or client group that owns the sites.

  3. 03

    Invite the initial team

Assign the smallest role that gives each collaborator the access they need.

Create a site

Start from a template when you want a complete page and resource structure. Start blank when the design system and information architecture are already defined. AI generation is best when you have a clear audience, offer, and desired page list.

Template installation creates ordinary editable site resources. After installation, the site is not locked to the template or rendered through a separate marketplace mode.

Choose roles deliberately

Owners and administrators manage workspace-wide controls. Designers and editors work on site structure and content. Publishers control production releases. Client roles should receive only the review and content surfaces assigned to them.

Protect production access

Do not use an administrator role solely to let someone review a site. Send a review link or assign a client-safe role instead.
