Review and approvals

Share immutable revisions, collect precise feedback, and require approval before publishing.

Review a known revision

A review link renders an immutable revision rather than the mutable editor head. Comments, pins, assignments, and decisions therefore remain attached to the exact content the reviewer saw.

When the site changes substantially, create a new review revision. Existing decisions remain part of the audit trail and are not silently transferred to different content.

Resolve feedback

Place comments against the relevant page and element when possible. Assign an owner, make the change in the builder, and resolve the thread only after the updated revision is available for verification.

  1. 01

    Share

Create a time-bounded review link for the intended audience.

  2. 02

    Triage

Assign actionable feedback and clarify requests that affect scope.

  3. 03

    Revise

Publish a new review revision that contains the completed changes.

  4. 04

    Approve

Record the required decisions against the final candidate.

Use publish gates

A publish gate can require approval from designated roles before a release is promoted. Authorization and approval are checked again during finalization so stale permissions cannot authorize production work.
