Work with Agent

Ask questions and request changes using the page and selection you already have open.

Where to find it

  1. Editor
  2. Agent

In this guide

A specific request, a result checked on the canvas, and a repeatable way to refine it.

Before you start: Open the relevant page or component. Agent availability depends on service configuration, workspace access, and available credits.

On this page

Give Agent the right context

Agent is in the right panel beside Style. It uses the current page and selection, so opening the right target is the first part of a good request.

Agent uses the open page and selected layer as context.
  1. 1Agent tab. Switch from Style to the assistant.
  2. 2Message composer. Describe the target and the result you want.

Agent uses the open page and selected layer as context.

  1. 1

    Open the target page

Use Pages to open the page you want to work on. Select an element when the request concerns one heading, button, image, or section.

  2. 2

    Open Agent

Choose Agent. Use a suggested question or type into Message DevAgent. The suggestions change with the current target.

  3. 3

    Describe the result and boundaries

Name the element, explain the change, and say what should stay the same. For responsive work, name the intended device or breakpoint.

Write requests you can verify

Use short requests with an observable result. Split a large redesign into page structure, content, styling, and behavior so each stage can be checked.

IncludeWhy it helps
The targetA page name, selected layer, or clearly identified section reduces ambiguity.
The resultExact copy, a destination, or a layout change gives you something concrete to check.
The scopeSpecify mobile-only styling, one component, or all affected pages when that distinction matters.
What to preserveMention content, links, colors, or neighboring sections that should remain as they are.
Example requestsPrompt
Change the selected heading to “Design that moves your business forward”. Keep its font, color, and alignment.

On mobile, stack the three service cards vertically and keep the desktop layout unchanged.

Check this page for accessibility issues. Explain the findings before making changes.

Review and refine the result

A completion message is a starting point for review. Check the website itself before continuing.

  1. 1

    Check the changed element

Inspect the canvas and Style values. Confirm the requested copy, styling, or structure and check nearby elements.

  2. 2

    Test behavior in Preview

Check links, motion, and forms in Preview. Switch device sizes for layout work.

  3. 3

    Make a focused follow-up

If something is off, explain the visible difference and the desired correction. Keep the relevant page or selection open.

Screenshots use a local sample workspace.
